ONE:ONE means you get 100% focus whereas DUO is one Personal Trainer (Ian or Helen) putting the same two clients through the same programme, which can be tailored to individual needs based on age, ability and/or injury.

We offer a discreet and friendly approach to training for those who want to work out away from the prying eyes of the gym...and have a bit of fun with it too!
Facilities include two Power Plates; upright bike, plus all the free weights, Kettlebells, balance boards and resistance bands you could want as your fitness improves. For the not so faint hearted, we combine Power Plate and FK-Pro Whole Body Suspension Training (also known as TRX) to give you unique access to one of the most effective and challenging core workouts there is.
